Live signals from AWS — Step Function executions, Lambda + CodeBuild health, the brain rule set, and technical debt. Nothing on this surface depends on a laptop-local render; the numbers you see are whatever AWS reported at the last dashboard rebuild.
Bootstrap (first run)
One-shot provisioner. Creates every AWS resource this dashboard points at (CodeBuild projects, Step Functions, IAM roles, EventBridge). Use once per account; re-runs are idempotent no-ops. Pre-req: attach the bootstrap inline policy in IAM Console.
Redeploy (no npm)
Kick PlanetaAlofokeDashboard and/or PlanetaAlofokeLambdas CodeBuild from the browser — replaces aws CLI / npm run deploy from a laptop. Use after merges when prod still shows fossil UI (e.g. localhost:4090).

Last CodeBuild status, Lambda inventory, SQS DLQ depth. Helps answer 'is the auto-rebuild pipeline healthy right now?'

Dedupe assets
Perceptual-hash scan of every participant photo. Flags near-duplicates so the rotation stops reusing the same image under different filenames (e.g. news_02 ≈ seed_publica_listin_00). Writes asset-duplicates.json + optionally patches brain/asset-constraints.json.
