Pipeline analysis lives under Admin now

The log-derived pipeline-metrics tabs retired with the laptop-bound build loop. Live equivalents, sourced directly from AWS:

• /admin/executions/

  Per-slug Step Function trace with per-step duration bars and expandable input / output JSON. Sourced from states:GetExecutionHistory on every page load.

• /admin/health/

  CodeBuild latest-run status, Lambda inventory, SQS DLQ depth for pa-brain-commit-queue.

• /processes/

  Static catalogue of pipelines + Lambda roles. Good when you're trying to understand the system rather than inspect a specific run.
